As Chaplain for CFD2 (County Fire Dept. 2nd District) I stand proud to serve with all the fire departments men and women as their Chaplain. I’m available and called when emergencies or tragedy occur. These are just a few of those working this shift in the photo.

This Prayer stands as the life blood of dedication and love for all human life. This is the Motto for all those on the team, who put others before themselves. The other side of the monument list the names of those who have sacrificed their lives in the Line of Duty. Grant O Lord, to the Sweet Repose of their souls, eternal comfort, and peace.
Outreach
FosterAdopt Connect
FosterAdopt Connect works with children and families as they navigate the child welfare system. Their major focus is to fill in the gaps by providing assistance not otherwise available. Our church particularly supports their fostering prevention efforts, helping families stay together, as well as providing resources for youth aging out of foster care. Rotary Youth Camp
The Rotary Youth Camp hosts camps free of charge for nonprofit groups, many of which represent individuals with physical, mental, or emotional challenges. The 40-acre facility includes a wheelchair-accessible swimming pool, paved nature trails, rustic cabins, bathroom facilities, and a large dining facility, in addition to the usual camp areas and hiking trails. For 100 years, the experiences at Rotary Youth Camp have enriched and changed the lives of youth in the greater Kansas City area, regardless of race, income, age, gender, or disability.
